The God sword is an important weapon in the game, one which is able to defeat the villain of the story. Caitlin provided us with several concept arts, but we eventually settled on this one. So, I started modelling it.

Sword pommel
The concept art for the three of the swords has a rose bulb for their pommels.
I was unsure if I could even model a rose, but Vee suggested kitbashing by taking someone else's free to use rose model and simply deleting the parts I didn't want.
While it did look good, and closer to the concept art, the poly count was quite high. Thankfully, Nat taught me about the Reduce tool in Maya.
I have also adjusted the pommel for the other swords, this was done before I started work on the rose bulb, they will likely be changed out for a better looking one seen on the left.
