Textured Crate model

 I know it looks bad that I'm posting about texturing a crate now, but I made, UVed and textured this in the span of about 20 minutes. At the same time as being told I needed to texture my bridge, I was also told that the project needed a crate model, which really surprised me as I thought someone else had already done one. Either way, here's the model.

Textured Bridge

 I initally thought that my bridge model would go unused, as it wasn't ever really brought up again and someone else made one that I thought looked better anyway, but apparently not. So I ended up UVing and texturing the bridge!

"God Sword" finished and textured model

I got around to finishing and texturing this weapon. I had to cut down on the intricate details of Caitlin's concept art, which is disappointing, but I hope some day I'll be good enough to be able to model that kind of detail to do their art justice. Below is the final model.

Lantern texture changes

I received some feedback on my lantern texture from the team, and as such I have reduced the amount of dirt on the glass parts of the lantern.

 I considered removing the dirt outright, but I thought that it didn't look right looking that clean.

 

So I toyed about adding slight patches here or there, but I felt as if it was too pronounced.

 

 Eventually, I settled on this light and subtle coat of dust and dirt, and thought that it fit perfectly. Not too overbearing on the dirt, but enough to add to the details of the model.

Lantern texture

 Now that I have returned to uni, I can more reliably use Substance Painter and more easily request help, should I need it. This is the lantern, with it's textures applied.

Before returning back to uni after the Easter break, I modelled this lantern. I plan to texture it later on down at the university.

Axe texture redone

 I've taken another attempt at properly texturing the axe according to Caitlin's concept art for it. I went back and added a few bits to the model that I missed first time around too. I am much happier with how this one came out.
